2023 Moon Calendar by Dr. Lacey Dupré
12x16"
Museum-quality posters made on thick matte paper (that you can write on!)
I created this calendar as an easy, ‘at-a-glance’ way to track my menstrual cycle and symptoms around my cycle.
But this ole calendar is not just for menstruating folks, anyone can track whatever they please: emotions, habits, rituals - just make your own quick key and draw it on the calendar and then see how those little symbols track out over the year, according to the moon.
YIN WATER RABBIT
Yin:
Navigating the expanding growth and ‘waking up’ of 2023 with stillness and slowness.
Yin is mother. She is safety. She provides a strong spiritual connection as we tune into the nature of the universe. As we undergo this Age of 9 paradigm shift, Yin grants us the ability to do so with ease as we distance ourselves from our past.
Water element:
Like water (emotions) that floods a forest (Wood element), too much (fear) can create inaction. Take care to manage this emotion by bringing in grounding Qi (Earth element) which control the emotions of Water. The nature of water is to flow with a sense of mysticism as we navigate the surge of emotions and expansion that 2023 brings.
The Rabbit:
Rabbit is associated with the color green, the direction East, the Wood element.
The nature of rabbits: quick strategy but after lots of hidden, burrowed rest. Rabbits are not fighters or risk-takers and their caution demonstrates progress and cultivated action while deftly considering all open doors.
2023:
Pursuit of ethics and community and connection, honoring nature and human rights. Flow and recharge. Social consciousness and expansion.
Emotions surge this year, meet them with tenderness, grace, benevolence and ensure you honor all beings.
Enjoy and love.

Lacey
